Shipping
Goods ordered online or by phone or fax are sent from our main storages in France or in Cyprus. However, we offer a low fixed shipping price to all European countries. To check the shipping cost for any goods, just select the items from our store, go to your shopping cart and click "Estimate shipping".

When you buy more than one item, we may split these into several smaller parcels for shipping and insurance reasons. This does not affect your shipping costs.

We insure all parcels sent you. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support on support@enirgo.com and we will make sure that you are either sent replacement items or that the cost of the damaged items is refunded.

 

VAT and duties
All prices includes any VAT and sales tax.

 

Cancellations and returns
You can return any item ordered online within 14 days. The only thing we ask is that the items are returned in the same condition that you received them (batteries and other deteriorating goods must be returned with seals or packaging unbroken). To return any goods, please contact returns@enirgo.com first. Our return policies and guarantees does affect your statutory rights under national law or by EU directives.

For other countries, please visit your national shop directly. Regretfully if your country of residence is not on the above list, you cannot order from this shop.
